Your payment sits in escrow. It only moves when you accept the delivery.
We hold the funds so neither side has to take it on trust. If you and the maker can't agree, a person on our side reads the brief and writes a plain-language decision. Refundable if the work isn't delivered.

How does escrow work?
Your payment moves into escrow when you accept a bid. It releases the moment you mark the work accepted.
What if I don't like the result?
Request changes in-thread. If you still can't agree, a person on our side writes a plain-language decision.
How are payments handled now?
By hand, during the pilot. We hold the funds and release on your say-so. When we automate it, the rules stay the same.
What does it cost?
Zero platform fee during the pilot. When we add one, it'll be a flat number, declared up-front.
